This page is the Privacy Policy for Fittyx. It explains how we collect and use personal data when you register, complete identity checks, trade spot, perpetual futures, options or copy trading, or contact support. Trading still requires a logged-in account.

For Fittyx ("we" / "our"), data protection and confidentiality is a high priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we use the personal data we collect and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect when you use Fittyx websites, accounts and trading services — currently spot, perpetual futures, options and copy trading (collectively, the "Services") — or when you otherwise interact with us, including through customer support.

Information we collect

Account and identity information you provide

We collect information you provide when you register, log in, complete identity checks, request support or otherwise interact with us. This may include your name, email address, mobile number, and any other information you choose to submit. Where the User Agreement and applicable law require identity verification (KYC) or anti-money-laundering checks, we may also collect identification documents and related details you upload.

Wallet and trading information

When you use the Services, we process records needed to operate the exchange: deposit and withdrawal addresses and amounts, order and fill history, balances, fees, and copy-trading relationships tied to your account. Fittyx is a centralised trading venue; matching happens on the platform. On-chain transfers that you initiate still appear on the relevant public networks.

Device, log and security information

When you use the Services, we may collect certain information automatically from you and/or your device, such as:

• Usage data about how you use the Services (pages viewed, session length, preferred settings, and how you reached the Services)
• Your IP address and device identifiers
• Your device type and operating system
• Approximate geographic location derived from IP address
• Security-related logs, such as sign-in attempts and two-factor authentication events

Customer support communications

If you contact us, we collect the content of those messages and the account details needed to respond. Do not send passwords, seed phrases or two-factor codes to anyone, including people who claim to represent Fittyx.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us operate the Services, keep you signed in, improve your experience and see which areas of the Services are used. How we use your information

Fittyx collects your information so that we can:

• Create, manage and verify your account
• Complete identity and compliance checks required to provide the Services
• Process deposits, withdrawals, spot, perpetual futures, options and copy-trading activity
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Protect accounts, detect fraud and maintain the security of the Services
• Deliver, maintain and improve the Services, including technical troubleshooting
• Send service notices related to your account (for example security alerts or order status)
• Comply with applicable law and the User Agreement

How we may disclose your information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

• With service providers that process data on our instructions to operate hosting, identity checks, payments infrastructure or customer support
• In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by applicable law
• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company
• With your consent or at your direction

We also may share aggregated information or otherwise anonymised information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Data retention

We retain your personal information collected as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as needed to provide you the Services, to meet legal or compliance obligations, or where we have a legitimate business reason to do so.

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business or legal reason to process your personal information, we will delete your data or anonymise it where deletion is not immediately practicable.

Fittyx would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following, under certain conditions:

• The right to access — You have the right to request Fittyx for copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification — You have the right to request that Fittyx correct any information you believe is inaccurate, and to complete information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure — You have the right to request that Fittyx erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing — You have the right to request that Fittyx restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object to processing — You have the right to object to Fittyx's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability — You have the right to request that Fittyx transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
• The right to opt out — You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information, under certain conditions.

In order for you to exercise your data protection rights we are obliged to verify your identity. If you make a request, we have 30 days to respond to you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Help Center, the in-site support entry, or the contact details in the site footer.

Age, children

Our Services are not intended for children. You must meet the minimum age stated in the User Agreement to register and use the Services.

Changes to our privacy policy

Fittyx keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on 16 September 2026. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the Services; continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised policy.
