Security Guide
This page is Fittyx's security guide. It covers how to protect your account when you use spot, perpetual futures, options or copy trading. Trading still requires a logged-in account. You change security settings after you sign in, not on this public page.
Open Security CenterPasswords
Do not give your login password or withdrawal password to anyone. Fittyx support never asks for a password, a seed phrase or a one-time code.
Use a unique password that you do not reuse on other sites. After you sign in, you can change the login password and the withdrawal password in Security Center.
Extra verification
Where Fittyx offers extra verification - such as SMS or email codes - turn it on after you sign in. Sign in with that extra step when it is required. This public page cannot enable those settings for you.
Devices
Do not sign into your Fittyx account on a computer or phone that does not belong to you. Shared or public devices can keep a session or store a password. Sign out when you finish.
Phishing and unexpected links
Do not open emails or click links sent by strangers. Check that the address bar matches the official Fittyx domain before you sign in. Fittyx will not ask you to move assets to a safety wallet by chat or email.
Withdrawals and saved addresses
After you sign in, you can save trusted withdrawal addresses in your wallet. Treat a new address with extra care. A saved address is not a guarantee that a withdrawal is safe if someone else controls your session.
How we contact you
Support is available 24/7 through the Help Center and the in-site support entry. Staff will never ask for your password, seed phrase or verification codes. If someone claiming to represent Fittyx asks for those, stop and use the official channels in the footer.
